How much is the shipping fee?

After you have filled in the information such as the recipient's name, surname, address, telephone number and shipping method, the system will immediately display the shipping fee.

When will the customer receive the product?

After you have ordered the product, we will ship it within 3-7 business days. Since the product is imported from abroad, it must wait for customs approval, which may delay the delivery of the product by 3-4 days. Therefore, it will take approximately 7-10 days for the customer to receive the product.

If the customer has not received the product after 10 days, what should I do?

If the customer has not received the product after 10 days, please contact the post office near your home or our service department.
