What reasons can you return or exchange?
You can return or exchange products if they are damaged, not your size (for fashion items), not as advertised in the product description or images, wrong item received, part of the item missing, change of mind, or if the item meets our conditions.
Return or exchange conditions:
Your product and packaging must meet the following conditions to ensure a smooth return or exchange:
Example: If the product packaging is damaged or opened, you cannot return or exchange it due to change of mind.
Note: The original packaging must be returned or exchanged without tape, stickers or anything else that may damage the original packaging, otherwise it will be considered incomplete and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Not eligible (package opened, damaged packaging).
You can return or exchange your purchased items within 14 days of receipt. We will review the reason for the return or exchange. Please contact customer service within the specified time and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If we are not notified for more than 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Note: If you need to return or exchange an item not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for a shipping fee of 300 Baht as a new order exchange or return fee.
You can return or exchange an item online after the item status changes to "Shipped", which will be updated within 24 hours after you receive the item.
Exchange section:
If the item is defective/wrong item received/incomplete item received, you can exchange it free of charge within 14 days after receiving the item. However, if the item needs to be exchanged due to personal reasons of the customer, such as the size is not suitable, ordering the wrong size or color, the customer will be responsible for the exchange shipping fee of NZD 20. Please contact customer service within the specified time and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you do not notify us after 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
Please remember to take photos of the item you want to exchange to prove that the item needs to be exchanged. Photos are very important for exchanging damaged or damaged items.
